ISLAMABAD, April 28: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has given immunity to the officials, working with personnel directorate, as they have not been transffered in a recent reshuffle , a source in the CDA told Dawn on Wednesday.

The Tuesday's reshuffle in the CDA was made on the instruction of interior minister. The minister stressed the need for transferring those officials of personnel directorate, who have been working on their same posts for more than last three years.

However, some of the officials in personnel directorate have not been transferred despite the fact that some of them have been working in their present posts for the last eight years.

"A deputy director in personnel directorate Sharif Qaisar has been working in the same directorate for over eight years," the source said. Meanwhile, two more officials of the authority having grade BS-16 have been transferred.

According to a notification, Qazi Shabbir Ahmed, an assistant administration officer in personnel directorate, has been posted in the office of director-general (services). Similarly, Muhammad Saleem, assistant administration officer, in the office of director-general (services) has been transferred to personnel directorate.
