MUZAFFARABAD: Fund for AJK roads

MUZAFFARABAD, April 25: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Premier Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan has approved Rs100 million for expansion and dualization of Mirpur to Block road and Rs80 million for repair and improvement of roads in Mirpur to facilitate transportation of the locals.

He directed highways and other development departments to complete all projects in time, ensuring quality work. The Azad Jammu and Kashmir premier expressed the hope that the completion of these road projects in Mirpur district would provide maximum transportation facilities to the people of area especially hundreds of the victims of Mangla Dan raising project.

He also directed the authorities concerned to accelerate the pace of the development work on Dhan Ghalli to Dodiyal road. -Agencies
