PESHAWAR, April 10: NWFP Chief Minister Akram Khan Durrani said on Saturday that the government was going to introduce environment-friendly transport services in the capital of the province.

Addressing a briefing arranged by the Hino-Pak for the introduction of urban transport system in Peshawar, the chief minister said the transport system and the vehicular traffic in various routes would be regulated.

The officials of the Hino-Pak informed the chief minister about the CNG technology to be introduced in Peshawar. In Punjab and Sindh, it has been successfully introduced, Mr Durrani was informed.

The chief minister in his remarks appreciated the proposed infrastructure and services that the Hino-Pak was planing for Peshawar.-APP
