PM satisfied with IT progress

ISLAMABAD, April 9: The Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali has expressed his government's determination to undertake efforts for the speedy development of IT sector.

He was talking to Federal Minister for Information Technology Owais Ahmed Khan Leghari, who called on him here at the Prime Minister's House on Thursday night.

Matters related to development of IT sector in the country came under discussion during the meeting. Owais Leghari was accompanied by Jaffar Khan Leghari, MNA, and the Baluchistan Minister for Information and IT, Syed Matiullah Agha.

The minister also exchanged views on matters regarding provision of Sui gas and electricity to Pashin district in Baluchistan and the NFC award.
