DADU, Aug 26: A large number of Nazims, Naib Nazims, councillors and social workers along with the people held a protest demonstration on Monday against the failure of the sanitation, drainage and water supply systems in Dadu town.

They were led by the Nazim, Union Council-2, Nisar Ahmed Shaikh, Naib Nazim Abdul Majeed Memon, Naib Nazim Union Council-1 Ghulam Mohammad Solangi, councillors Majeed Ghaloo and Faheem Memon, and the president, Citizens Action Committee, Javed Ahmed Ghaloo.

Speaking to the demonstrators, Mr Nisar said that due to the apathy of the Taluka Municipal Administration, the drainage and water supply systems had not been working since the last two months as a result of which the citizens were facing hardships.—Correspondent
