KARACHI, Aug 5: Judicial Magistrate East Karachi Bashir Ahmed Channa on Tuesday remanded Iqbal Qureshi, vice chairman of the Mohajir Qaumi Movement (MQM-H) to police custody for Aug 7 in a dacoity case.
Iqbal Qureshi was produced before the court amid tight security.
He is charged with committing an armed robbery in the house of complainant Mohammad Qasim in Bilal Colony, Korangi Industrial Area, in 2001. — PPI
