U-19 trials put off

KARACHI, July 31: Trials to select Karachi and Hyderabad regional teams for Inter-region under-19 tournament has been postponed and will now be held on Aug 9 and 10 at National Stadium.

According to a press release of Sindh Cricket Association (SCA) issued on Thursday by its secretary Aslam Sanjrani, trials for Karachi region will be held on Aug 9 at 2.00pm and for Hyderabad region on Aug 10 at 9.00am.

Meanwhile, a meeting of presidents, secretaries of Sindh districts and Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) will be held at NSK on Sunday at 3.00pm.

SCA president Hasib Ahsan will preside over the meeting.

The meeting of selection committee of SCA will be held at NSK earlier on Saturday at 2.00pm.—APP
