WELLINGTON, July 31: New Zealand will host a total of five Tests and 11 one-day matches against Pakistan and South Africa next season.

New Zealand Cricket said on Thursday that Pakistan would tour from early December to mid-January, playing two Tests, five one-day matches and three warm-up games.

South Africa will meet New Zealand in six one-day matches and three Tests from mid-February to late March, with two warm-up games yet to be arranged.

The Kiwis tour India in October and November, playing two Tests and taking part in a triangular one-day series also including world champions Australia.

Earlier this month, Gloucestershire’s director of cricket John Bracewell, the former Test off-spinner, was appointed New Zealand’s coach. He starts the job in November.
