HYDERABAD, June 18: The controller of examinations, University of Sindh, on Wednesday directed all the candidates of BA (pass) Part-II annual examinations of 2002 who were caught cheating at various examination centres to appear before the Discipline Committee on June 23 at 9am in his office to record their statements.

The controller has also notified the schedule for submitting examination forms for the annual examinations of 2003 for BA, BSc, BCom, BSW and BSc (Home Economics) Part-I and Part-II and MA Previous and MA Final for regular as well as external candidates.

According to the schedule, examination forms can be obtained by the candidates from the offices of the principals of government degree colleges affiliated with the University of Sindh with a prescribed fee of Rs30.

The last date for submitting examination forms has been fixed as July 17.

After the due date, no form will be accepted.

Those students who are appearing in the examination of BA (Pass) Part-II are required to mention their subjects in their examination forms.

The controller has advised all candidates to attach their original marks certificate of the last qualifying examination, four passport-size photographs attested by the principal, two photostat copies of the National Identity Card (NIC) duly attested, affidavit on stamp paper of Rs10, copy of enrolment card of BA, BSc, BCom, BSW, BSc (Home Economics) Pass Part-I and MA (Previous) by the regular students only.

The controller of examinations has also announced the schedule of the examination fee which will be payable through a Bank Challan in the branches of the Habib Bank Limited nominated by the University of Sindh.

According to fee schedule, the examination fee for fresh and failure regular candidates of Part-I of BA, BSc, BCom, BSW and BSc Home Economics is Rs800, for Part-II for fresh candidates it is Rs1,315, and for failure candidates it is Rs775.

For the external fresh candidates of Part-I, the examination fee is Rs1,300, for failure candidates it is Rs856, while the examination fee for fresh external candidates of Part-II it is Rs1,555, and for failure candidates it is Rs907.

The examination fee for the fresh external candidates for MA Previous it is Rs1,980, while for failure candidates it is Rs1,060.

The examination fee for fresh external candidates for MA Final is Rs2,155 and for failure candidates Rs1,195.

CANDIDATES: The University of Sindh on Tuesday notified for the information of candidates of the BA/BSc/BCom/ BSW/BSc (Home Economics) part-I and II and MA (previous and final) annual examinations of 2003 to apply on the prescribed form available in the offices of the principals of affiliated colleges.
