KARACHI, June 5: Justice Mushir Alam of the Sindh High Court on Thursday issued a notice to a foreign airline in a Rs20 million suit for damages instituted by an aggrieved passenger.
The court also restrained the Swiss Air from alienating its property or creating third party interest in it pending the next date of hearing, which would be fixed after the summer vacation. The plaintiff is a Pakistani businessman who was not allowed to board a Swiss-Air flight at Hamburg despite a confirmed seat.
