Son-in-law of Fazl injured in accident
DERA ISMAIL KHAN, May 7: The son-in-law of Maulana Fazlur Rahman, Fayaz Ali, received fatal injuries and his brother, Sher Ali, died in a car accident on Wednesday.
Sher Ali, son of Haji Ghulam Ali, breathed his last in Dera hospital, while his wife and mother sustained minor injuries. The injured were rushed to District Headquarters Teaching Hospital.
Eyewitnesses said that they were coming to Dera Ismail Khan from Peshawar when their car (BC-9301 Karachi) rammed into a roadside tree near Giloti, some 40 kilometres from here.
All the family members received injures and were brought to the hospital, where Sher Ali breathed his last.
Fayaz Ali and Sher Ali, sons of Ghulam Ali, a JUI-F leader from Peshawar, were married last week. Fayaz got married with the daughter of Maulana Fazlur Rahman.
Soon after the accident Maulana Fazlur Rahman and senior officials rushed to the hospital.
