Germany be included in force: Poland
WASHINGTON, May 6: Poland on Tuesday pressed the United States to open up its planned “stabilization force” for Iraq to more countries as possible, including Germany. The Polish foreign minister said Warsaw wanted to assist in the stabilization of Iraq but stressed that such efforts would be more effective if “as many as possible” foreign partners were included.—AFP
