SUKKUR, April 27: A girl was shot dead by four persons in the Obhayo Malhan village, Ghotki district, on Saturday.

Three brothers — Gul Bag, Gul Sher and Ali Hassan — and Gulshan barged into the house of Mohammad Ali Malhan and shot Sadori Malhan dead.

According to the police, the incident was the result of a matrimonial dispute as one of the killers, Ali Hassan, wanted to marry Sadori but her father, Mohammad Ali Malhan, refused to giver her hand to him.

The police have registered a case against the four accused.

Meanwhile, a boy, Usman, was killed in the Bhooral village, Belo Mirpur police station jurisdiction by unidentified armed persons.
