QUETTA, April 25: Nawabzada Lashkari Khan Raisani, a PPP leader and former Balochistan minister, has said that army rulers must accept supremacy of parliament to strengthen democratic institutions in the country.

Speaking at a press conference at the Sarawan house here on Thursday he held military rulers responsible for the constitutional and political crisis.

He claimed that voters in the election held last year had given verdict against the military rule and now President Musharraf should place the LFO before parliament so that people’s representatives could decide the fate of this controversial issue with two-thirds majority.
