PESHAWAR, April 23: The Islami Jamiat Talaba on Tuesday staged a protest demonstration, demanding termination of the warden of Tarangzai hostel and provost Islamia College, for their alleged involvement in immoral practices.

Addressing workers of the IJT in front of the Peshawar Press Club here Tuesday, the IJT leader Abdur Rehman demanded termination of the services of the provost and the warden, and award them exemplary punishment.alleged that last night they received a piece of information that Alamgir, the warden of the Tarangzai hostel of the Islamia college, was engaged in an immoral practice with a prostitute at his room.

He said that first they knocked the door of the room that was not opened. Later, he said, students broke into it and found a girl with the warden.

He said that the warden was doing all these immoral things at the behest of the provost, who was equally responsible for the indecent act. Such happenings, he said, had been tarnishing the image of a sacred educational institution and the perpetrators of such heinous crimes needed to be punished.
