KARACHI, March 24: The appointment of Jameel Yousuf as Chief of the Citizen-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) Karachi has been rescinded with immediate effect by competent authority. This has been notified by the provincial Home Department.

Sharfuddin Memon, Deputy Chief of the CPLC, will look after the affairs of the committee till further orders.—PPI
