Vehari Bar suspended

VEHARI, Jan 28: The chairman of the election board suspended on Tuesday the elected body of District Bar Association, Vehari.

The action was taken on the complaint of two Bar members, Shehzad Anjum Mitro and Ishfaq Wasl, who alleged rigging in the elections held on Jan 11.

Board chairman Jafar Javed told Dawn that the board would discuss the matter next week.
