Lahore without fog

LAHORE, Jan 26: There was no fog on Sunday because of a cloudy to partly cloudy weather.

A brief drizzle was also reported in some parts of the city, including the Walled City. The day’s maximum temperature increased from Saturday’s 21.9 degrees C to 23.6 degrees C despite partly cloudy weather.

The night’s minimum temperature was 5.5 degrees C against 5.4 degrees C on Saturday night.

The Met office said clouds also eliminated fog in almost all cities in the Punjab after cold weather for well over 20 days.

Light rain was also reported in Faisalabad, Sargodha, Peshawar, Darosh, Parachinar, Murree and Lasbela. Kalam received 20mm of rain and Dir 3mm.
