Haroon to lead team

LAHORE, Jan 3: Haroon Yousaf has been retained as captain of the Pakistan team which will take part in the South Asia Football Federation (SAFF) Gold Cup to be held at Dhaka, Bangladesh from Jan 10 to 20.

A 20-member Pakistan team will depart for Dhaka on Jan 8. Pakistan will play the opener against arch-rival India on Jan 10.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Football Federation president, Mian Mohammad Azhar, and secretary Agha Liaqat Ali, will  also go to Bangladesh to attend the SAFF meeting to be  held  during  the tournament.
