DADU: Three killed in clash

DADU, Dec 22: Three men were killed and two injured in a clash over a land dispute in Jakhro village near Khairpur Nathan Shah on Sunday.

Rifles and Kalashnikovs were used in the clash, in which Niaz Hussain Sario, 45; Mohammad Ismail Sario, 25; and Mahram, 25; died on the spot and Manthar Sario and Ashfaq were injured.

The injured were admitted to the Dadu Civil Hospital and the bodies were also sent to the hospital for post-mortem.

After the clash, the armed men of both the groups, hailing from Hingoro and Sario clans, have taken positions against each other and have been opening fire intermittently till the filing of this report.
