PESHAWAR, Dec 17: The NWFP Chief Minister, Akram Khan Durrani, has said that the MMA government was taking certain radical measures to enable the ordinary people easy access to justice.

This he said while talking to a delegation from Malakand division that called on him at the Frontier House, according to a handout issued here on Tuesday.

Members of the national and provincial assemblies of the respective area were also present on this occasion.

Speaking on the occasion the chief minister said that efforts were being made to solve the problems being faced by the people.

He said that the NWFP government would serve the masses irrespective of their political affiliation. Akram Khan Durrani, regretted that certain elements from the previous government were putting the blaming on present government for their own failures.

Earlier, speaking at a briefing, the chief minister stressed the need for an efficient administration, which could play an effective role in the integration of various government departments.

Secretary of the department Col (retd) Syed Ghulam Hussain briefed the chief minister about the administrative structure and performance of the department.

The chief minister said renovations to the MPA hostel should be completed as soon as possible.
