Jam calls on Musharraf

ISLAMABAD, Dec 9: The chief minister of Balochistan, Jam Muhammad Yousaf, on Monday called on President Gen Pervez Musharraf.

The president congratulated Jam Yousaf on his election as chief minister of Balochistan.

Gen Musharraf expressed his confidence that the chief minister along with his team would make all possible efforts for the socio-economic uplift of the province, particularly the far-flung areas and bring them at par with the other developed parts of the country.

Mr Yousaf assured him that he would work hard and fulfil the expectations of the people.—APP
