KARACHI, Dec 4: The Pakistan Railways felicitated over 3,600 passengers to travel to upcountry destinations through its three Eid special trains on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Two special trains were operated on Tuesday from Karachi to Peshawar which carried over 2,260 passengers, while the third Eid special was run on Wednesday from Karachi to Lahore with 1,174 passengers on board.
According to the divisional superintendent, Nasrin Haq, with the operation of these trains, the railways earned a revenue of Rs1.5 million in two days.—APP
