Need for a women directory on web stressed
ISLAMABAD, Oct 25: The members of Women in Technology (WIT), a task force on Technology Resources Mobilization Unit (TRMU), discussed the future plans and strategies of the task force, says a press release issued here on Friday.
Advisor to the minister of science and technology, Salman Ansari, presided over the meeting.
It was mutually agreed that an intensive awareness drive should be carried out and a women directory should be created and placed on the WIT website.
Issues related to collaborative projects with multinational firms were also discussed during the meeting.
