1,400 held in BD
DHAKA, Oct 11: The government has arrested more than 1400 people in the capital in order to pre-empt any violence on the occasion of Hindu community’s Durga pooja festival.
The five-day Durga pooja festival, the biggest religious festival for the Hindu community, began on Friday.
