BADIN: Strike observed in Kadhan

BADIN, Sept 17: A complete strike was observed in Kadhan town on Tuesday in protest against the closure of a National Bank branch.

Shops and business centres remained closed in Kadhan and nearby towns including Behdmi, Lowari Sharif, and Ali Bandar.

A protest rally was taken out in Kadhan town by the traders, growers, and activists of various organizations.

The protesters were led by Jehan Khan Chandio, Nazim union council Kadhan, Ahsan Ali Khwaja, president of the Traders Association, and councillors.

The protesters started their rally from Behdmi Chowk, and marching through various roads stopped in front of the National Bank building.
