SHIKARPUR, Sept 10: Junaid Ahmed Soomro, a candidate for the provincial assembly seat, PS-12 (Shikarpur-IV), has expressed his concern over the shifting of the polling stations from centrally located, large villages to the troubled areas.

In a press statement, issued here on Tuesday, he slammed the district administration for shifting the polling stations to the remote locations to favour a particular candidate, which was against the spirit of a fair election.

He mentioned that 13 polling stations had been shifted from the big villages, including Mahmoodabad Bagh.—BoC
