KARACHI, June 8: City Nazim Naimatullah Khan has said that an excellent education package has been announced for the city for the next fiscal year.

He was speaking as chief guest at a Talent Award Mela in Liaquatabad, which was organized by Union Council No 10.

Naimatullah Khan said that the number of seats for first-year classes in the colleges had been enhanced significantly from the next academic session.

He said the number of colleges in the metropolis was also being increased, besides carrying out repair and renovation works, setting up computer labs and making reduction in fees.

The Nazim said that all these efforts were aimed at promoting education and making it accessible to the common man.
