KARACHI, May 31: A bench of the High Court of Sindh comprising Justice S.A.Rabbani on Friday suspended a Non-Bailable Warrants (NBW) of arrest against a local businessman, Shoaib Khan in the kidnapping and murder case of Ibrahim Bholo.
M.Ilyas Khan, counsel for the applicant/accused submitted before the SHC bench that applicant/accused was condemned unheard.
The bench after initial arguments admitted the criminal revision application for hearing while suspending impugned order of the sub-ordinate court.—APP
