NEW YORK, April 25: About 50 people were injured, six of them critically, following an explosion in a commercial building in the Chelsea area of Manhattan on Thursday morning.
The New York police have ruled out terrorist attack which was the first instinct of all New Yorkers following Sept 11 attack on World Trade Center.
