KARACHI, April 7: President of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek, Sindh, Qazi Zahid Hussain, has demanded that the Security Council get its resolutions implemented and take action against Israel in Palestine.

He was speaking at a protest rally against Israeli organised by the party outside Karachi Press Club on Sunday.

The participants of the demonstration were holding banners and placards condemning Israel for its atrocities action against Palestinians. Terming Israeli terrorism a threat to world peace, they called upon Muslim countries to form a block to meet the Israeli challenge.

Karachi-based Kashmiris also arranged a rally under the banner of the Kashmir Liberation Front from Fleet Club to Karachi Press Club raising slogans in support of Palestine and condemning Israeli brutalities.

They urged the United Nations to take action against Israel. They also condemned India for its repressive acts in occupied Kashmir and massacre of the Kashmiri people.
