Transfer of case sought
QUETTA, April 3: Former additional chief secretary, planning and development, Balochistan, Nadir Ali on Tuesday filed a petition in the accountability court No.1 for transfer of his case on the ground of bias on the part of the judge hearing the reference.
The petitioner prayed that the trial might be transferred back to the accountability court No.2.—Staff Correspondent
