PESHAWAR, March 14: The Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran has said that spring is a season which reflects the beauty of nature in its full swing.
He was speaking at a function titled “Jashn-i-Baharan” (spring festival) held at the Agha Khan auditorium, University of Peshawar, on Thursday to celebrate the onset of spring season.
Mr Abbasali Abdullahi said that spring season starts in Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan on March 20 and such functions were of utmost importance to arrest the fast spreading cultures of European countries in this part of the world.
