By Our Correspondent

LARKANA, March 9: The inquiry into the ownership and proprietary rights of the Jinnahbagh has been delayed as the taluka municipal officer, survey superintendent and the city survey officer have failed to provide relevant record to the inquiry officer.

Zila Nazim Khursheed Junijo on Jan 18 appointed Mohammed Hassan Baloch, Mukhtiarkar, Estate, Larkana, to inquire as to who was the owner of the Rijho Garden, which later converted into the Jinnahbagh.

The initial investigation surfaced that according to city survey record the number of the Jinnahbagh was 1507/1, having area of 19704 square yards whereas the old revenue survey record numbers were 314-315 of deh Larkana wherein it was mentioned as the Rijho Garden.
