PESHAWAR, March 2: Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) has launched 19 development projects in Chitral district with an estimated cost of Rs6.6 million.
The projects include seven water supply schemes, nine irrigation schemes, a link road, a drainage scheme and pavement of streets.
The schemes, launched on participatory approach basis, will be completed by May, says a statement on Friday. The SRSP is providing 80 per cent support to the community for the projects. In this regard, a meeting chaired by District Nazim Shahzada Mohyuddin was held.
