Speaking at open kutcheris at Mishta Payan and Bala villages near Agra on Monday, the Nazim said that funds were being obtained through local resources, Khushal Pakistan Programme, and Malakand rural development programme, and added that funds would be utilized in every union council of Malakand.

He said that in every union council small schemes worth Rs1.3 million would be carried out through the Nazims for which plans had been finalized.

In Agra, he said, a 400-line digital telephone exchange would be set up which would start functioning soon.
