14-year-old girl, man killed over ‘Karo-kari’

SUKKUR, Feb 22: Two person were killed on the pretext of karo kari in Raunti, Ghotki district, on Thursday.

Wali Mohammad Khoso, along with his other accomplices, killed his 14-year-old girl Parveen Khoso and Abdul Razzak Malik and escaped.

Hundreds of Malik tribesmen gathered there and claimed that they had a dispute with Khosos over Phutti dealing and over this dispute Abdul Razzak had been killed.

A heavy contingent of the police rushed to the area and dispersed the Malik tribesmen.

Meanwhile, Allah Wadhayo Kosh, 22, was axed to death in Ubaro on Thursday and his body was thrown in the Nara Canal. The police said that the murder was the result of an old enmity.
