SUKKUR, Feb 19: Two brothers were kidnapped from village Piaro Khan Golato near Kandhkot and taken to Balochistan on Tuesday.

Reports reaching here said that 12 outlaws armed with sophisticated weapons raided the village and opened indiscriminate firing to created panic and harassment among the villagers.

Then they kidnapped Hafizullah and Mehrullah Chandio, sons of Saleem Khan.

The villagers chased the outlaws who fired rocket launchers and threw hand grenades warning the villagers of heavy loss of life if they chased them any further.

On this warning the villagers retreated and the dacoits headed towards the Sindh-Balochistan border.

Later a big contingent of police chased the dacoits up to Sindh the border where outlaws belonging to the gangs Ali Bagh Bugti and Gajjo Marheto warned the police party not to advance any further. On this the police also retreated.

During the last five days in Bakhshapur, Karampur and Kandhkot areas, nine persons including two railway officials have been kidnapped and three persons were killed spreading panic among the residents of the areas.
