Ashraf guides Sargodha to victory

SARGODHA, Jan 16: Slow left-armer Ashraf Bashir returned superb match figures of seven for 29 in 33.1 overs as Sargodha completed a crushing innings and 264-run victory over Hyderabad in the Quaid Trophy tie at Sports Stadium here Wednesday.

Ashraf claimed four wickets for just five runs in 15 overs as Hyderabad were bundled out for 134 in their first innings in reply to Sargodha’s 505 for seven declared.

In the second innings, Ashraf took three for 24 as the visitors were bowled out for 107.
