HYDERABAD, Jan 9: The vice chancellor, University of Sindh, Mazharul Haq Siddiqui, has asked the deans of the faculties and the administration to work towards improving the quality of education.

He was presiding over a meeting of the deans of the faculties, registrar, director admissions, hostel provost, and other officials concerned on Tuesday.

The meeting discussed arrangements for starting the classes of the new academic session.

The vice chancellor said that all possible facilities would be made available to produce good students, who could accept the challenges of the modern world.

He said that efforts would be made to make the university a model educational institution of the country.

The meeting also discussed arrangements of transport facilities for the students of the additional batch and proper accommodations for the girls and boys at the hostels.
