Indian firing continues

SIALKOT, Dec 19: The Chenab Rangers again thwarted three major Indian attempts of fencing Chhumb, Joriyaan, Bajwat, Sucheetgarh and Shakargar sectors of Sialkot working boundary on Eid day.

According to official sources, 13 more houses, three tractors, four fodder machines and paddy crops were damaged by Indian firing.

The Indian security forces continued intensified shelling on border villages in Chhumb, Joriyaan, Bajwat, Harpal, Bajragarhi, Chaprar, Kingra, Sucheetgarh, Charwa, Akhnor, Jammu, Oori and Shakargarh sectors on Wednesday.

The firing between the Chenab Rangers and the Indian security forces was continue till the filing of this report late in the evening on Wednesday. No causality was reported.

The sources said the sensitive agencies continued a search operation in some border villages of the Bajwat sector to detect some explosive devices.
