PESHAWAR, Nov 16: Zila Nazim of Swat, Dr Mehboobur Rehman, has said quality food items will be provided to people on control rates during Ramazan.

He was speaking at a meeting of the price review committee at the district secretariat in Mingora on Friday, a statement said. The meeting was attended by Naib Nazim Rafiul Mulk Khan, DCO Swat Raeyat Khan, Major Nadeem of the district support team and other officials and representatives of different associations.

The Nazim took serious notice of the supply of low quality meat from other areas to Swat. He directed the police to make necessary arrangements on all the entrance check posts.

He constituted a committee ensuring the provision of quality edible stuff to the people.
