QUETTA, Nov 14: Two persons, including the Naib Nazim of Buleda Tehsil, were shot dead in Buleda on Wednesday.
Police said that a prominent social and political figure of Buleda, Mir Ghulam Farooq, was on his way to Bhit, when some unidentified men in a Suzuki jeep intercepted his vehicle and opened indiscriminate fire killing him on the spot.
They said, Mir Aslam Wajdad, Naib Nazim of Tehsil Buleda, reached the spot and seeing Mir Farooq in a pool of blood, tried to remove the body to a nearby health centre.
Meanwhile, some relatives of the deceased reached the spot and killed Mir Aslam, taking him to be the murderer.
