The cars were hijacked in Defence, Soldier Bazaar, and Shareefabad.

Three motorcycles were stolen in New Karachi, Artillery Maidan, and Arambagh. Two others were hijacked in Airport and Sharea Faisal.

The police also claimed on Thursday to have recovered four vehicles in the city.

ROBBERY: A house robbery was committed in Gulistan-i-Jauhar on Oct 22, the police said on Thursday.

Four armed men barged into a house in Block 1 of Gulistan-i-Jauhar in broad daylight, held the family members as hostage and got away with cash, gold jewellery, one TV set, one computer and other electronic items and escaped in the family’s car (AAM-309).
