THATTA, Jan 5 The twin towns of Thatta and Makli and the hilly terrain of Jhampir were jolted due to a mild earthquake at 940am on Saturday.

The exact intensity of the quake could not be ascertained immediately but the people realised its gravity and majority of them ran out of their houses. However, no loss of life was reported.— Correspondent
