ISLAMABAD A 39-member Pakistan contingent will participate in the 1st Asian Youth Games slated to be held in Singapore from June 29 to July 7.
Azam Dar, an official spokesman of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), told Dawn on Tuesday Pakistan will participate in swimming, football, sailing, table tennis and athletics.
President, Wapda Sports Naveed Akram will lead the contingent, he added.
The contingent is to leave in five phases whereas the first batch consisting of the Pakistan football team departs on Thursday.
