LAHORE, Oct 16 The Water and Power Development Authority signed a Rs4 billion agreement with a joint venture to rehabilitate Jabban Hydroelectric Power Station here on Friday.

The joint venture comprising Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Limited and Central China Power Group will complete the rehabilitation work in 24 months.
