LAHORE, March 16: Army will defend its title in the 43rd national basketball championship to be held at the Iqbal Park Sports Complex from April 12 to 18.

The other participating teams are Navy, Pakistan Air Force, Railways, Police, UGC, Habib Bank, POF, Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, NWFP, Islamabad and Fata.

Trials to select Punjab team for this contest will be held at the Iqbal Park Sports Complex on April 8 at 4 pm.

The team will be announced after getting the approval from the PBA executive committee on April 11.
