MOTORCYCLISTS must wear safety helmets. But it has been noticed that for the last few years gangsters, robbers and terrorists have misused these extensively. The reason for it is that it provides cover to the culprits because it shields the whole face, and it is impossible for anyone to see through the helmet and recognise who is wearing it.

I would like to suggest that helmets that cover the full face should be banned and motorcyclists should be ordered to use protective gear which covers only their skulls.
