QUETTA, Jan 8: Three people were killed and two others injured when gunmen opened fire on two LPG tankers in the Mastung district on Tuesday.

According to Levies sources, the attackers on motorbikes ambushed the tankers near Sheikh Wasal area on the RCD highway. The tankers, carrying gas and coming from Iran, remained safe.

The sources said that the dead belonged to Punjab and the injured were admitted to hospital.
